- No members of the public were present.
- To consider the following Planning matters
- Planning Application 21/01475/MRC, change of use of building and land at The Post House, Main Street, Helperby and construction of pool house and siting of entrance gates – the Council had no objections to the proposal.
- Planning Application 21/01445/MRC, variation of conditions attached to planning consent 13/02134/FUL at 8 Bridge Street, Brafferton – the Council supported the proposal. Although the property is inside the Conservation Area (CA) the large glazed area on the first and second floors looks away from the CA towards the west and cannot be seen from within the Area. The property commands a view across Swale Green and to place the living area on the first floor is eminently understandable; especially so as, when viewed from the Green, it is one of only 3 properties in sight and similar windows are already present on one of them.
- Planning Application 21/01429/FUL, proposed stone repairs and replacement of existing windows at the main school building at St Peters Brafferton Primary School, Brafferton – the Council supported the proposal.
- Planning Application 21/01416/FUL, proposed installation of a substation at Brafferton Poultry Farm, Raskelf Road, Brafferton – the Council made no observations on the proposal.
