6. To consider the clearance of debris and the making safe of dilapidated building on allotment RR11
7. To consider brightness, style, post colour and condition of village streetlamps
8. To discuss the condition of drainage outside of the Old Brewery
9. To consider update/issue of the document on ‘how to look after your cobbles’
10. To consider condition of Back Lane which needs resurfacing and some structural repair
11. To discuss Back Lane allotment fencing

    1. To receive progress report on cobbles re-laying around curtilage to War Memorial
13. To receive agenda items for the next meeting.
