- To note the Annual Internal Audit Reports for 2018/19 included at page 4 of the Annual Governance and Accountability Return 2018/19 for BPC and HPC
- To approve Section 1 – Annual Governance Statement 2018/19 for BPC and HPC on page 5 of the Annual Governance and Accountability Returns 2018/19.
- To approve Section 2 – Accounting Statements 2018/19 for BPC and HPC on page 6 of the Annual Governance and Accountability Returns 2018/2019
- To approve the publication of documents required by Accounts and Audit Regulations 2015, the Local Audit (Smaller Authorities) Regulations 2015 and the Transparency Code for Smaller Authorities by BPC and HPC
- Appoint Local Auditor for FY 2019/20 (C&G Associates, Thirsk?)
- Authorise payment of Insurance premium
- Authorise payment of election charge

- Confirm cheque signatories (and incorporate HSBC paragraphs authorising bank account set-up).

- Select Council meeting dates: third Wednesday of each month
- Clerk to receive any declarations of election expenses from candidates
- Training courses for new councillors
- Cllrs to sign Council GDPR Privacy Consent Form
- Establish process to co-opt one additional councillor
- Establish process to select single Clerk to the Council
- Consider re-titling of both existing parish council notice boards and re-siting of old Brafferton PC notice board
