   2. To confirm a Cllr as replacement bank signatory for Cllr Cuthbert
   3. To receive a report on progress to establish a new bank account with Unity Trust Bank
   4. To adopt revised Financial Standing Orders
   5. To receive draft budget and approve final version
   6. To approve Precept request for submission to Hambleton District Council
   7. To authorise Clerk to purchase additional pads, when required, for the defibrillator

   2. Planning Application 19/0653/LBC, proposed kitchen extract vent at The Golden Lion, Main Street, Helperby – awaiting a decision by Hambleton District Council
   3. Planning Application 19/01938/CAT, proposed work to trees at 6 Brafferton Hall Gardens, Brafferton – granted by Hambleton District Council
10. Matters for consideration
    1. To consider plans for VE Day 75^th anniversary celebrations May 2020
    2. To receive details of a grant from NYCC towards the cost of installing a cut-off drain at the Village Hall driveway
    3. To agree process for defibrillator Maintenance Plan
    4. To confirm actions in response to the resignation of Cllr Cuthbert
    5. To elect a new Vice-Chairman
11. To consider new Correspondence received and decide action where necessary
12. To notify the Clerk of matters for inclusion on the agenda for the next meeting
