    1. Street Naming on land of new development northeast of Old Star Cottage, Back Lane, Helperby – the Council supported the selection of Craven Court
    2. Planning Application 19/01653/LBC, roof mounted extract vent at The Golden Lion, Main Street, Helperby – awaiting decision by Hambleton District Council

    1. To consider adoption of a Disciplinary and Grievance procedure
    2. To Discuss the condition of cobbled area in front of the surgery
    3. To consider subscribing to the Rural Services Network newsletter
    4. To consider conducting a traffic speed survey – Cllr Topps
