- Receive any Declarations of Interest not already declared under the Council’s Code of Conduct or members Register of Disclosable Pecuniary Interests
- Minutes of the last meeting, held on 15 March 2017
- Agree Terms of Reference for the council’s newly formed Thornton Bridge committee and consider whether any changes are necessary to Council Standing Orders
